The location was perfect, just a short walk into the charming village nearby. The house itself was well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was a highlight, especially for celebrating our friend's birthday. The surrounding area was very private and peaceful, with a lovely brewery just a stone's throw away.
Upon arrival, we noticed a lingering smell of food in the hotel which was a bit unpleasant. The table was also quite greasy and had some previous food marks and stains that needed to be cleaned before we could use it.

The nearest airport to Foundry Farm House is just a short drive away, making it incredibly convenient for families with children. We loved how easy it was to get to the hotel after a long day of travel, especially with little ones in tow.
My children wanted a playground or outdoor play area for them to enjoy.

The bathrooms at Foundry Farm House were a dream come true! I mean, three bathrooms, can you even believe it? And they all had showers! As a light sleeper, this was a game-changer for me. No more waiting in line for a bathroom in the morning. Bliss!
Personally, I found the bed a bit too firm for my liking. But hey, that's just me.

We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel with great potential. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the local village. The hotel was spacious and perfect for large groups. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, a treat for the kids. The house was well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
We did encounter a few minor issues. The kitchen was not well-stocked with bin bags and we had to go out and buy some ourselves.

Difficult lock box access on arrival and departure. Nice garden and hot tub for friend's birthday. Private location near brewery. Only one downside, could use a downstairs cloaks.

The property had a garden and free parking, which was great because I love nature and hate paying for parking. The towels provided were a nice touch, they reminded me of my fancy spa visits.
Oh, how I enjoyed smelling like food and cleaning up greasy table and dirty crockery! The dishwasher didn't work, the microwave was a grease magnet, and the walls were like a modern art gallery of stains.

The house had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. The hosts were responsive and helpful, promptly answering all our questions before and. Even during a period of awful weather, the host personally checked on us to ensure everything was alright and assured us of their availability if we needed anything. It was a thoughtful touch, made us feel cared for.
Though there were a few drawbacks, such as not having a kitchen bin or bin bags readily available, and not receiving an email with the key box code, these minor inconveniences did not detract from the overall positive experience.
